We had the absolute pleasure of working with our friend and colleague Karolina from Weddings by Karolina last Saturday. We worked together in the past putting together fantastic events and this last week at the wonderful event venue, Prairie Productions, was no exception. She is one of the best wedding planners, hands-down! We love her casual confidence and professional approach. She gets the job done in excellent fashion every time.
It was another one of those scorcher July evenings in Chicago. Most of the guests in attendance opted to stay inside the cool air-conditioned confines at Prairie but it was a hot party nevertheless! The band rolled out an endless supply of killer dance tunes and the guests had an absolute blast packing and rocking the dance floor all night. Motown, pop, rock, disco, soul, some classics, a little bit of Latin, a little bit of 80s music – it all made for a nonstop party.
Once again the singers excelled in every way and hyped up the crowd throughout the evening. The horn section blasted away and the rhythm section held down the bottom like nobody’s business! We love doing this stuff – it really is too much fun.
The bride and groom were out there hitting the dance floor as much as, if not more than anybody else. Congratulations to Sonja and Daniel – we were very honored to be a part of your phenomenal reception. Thank you!!
